Ah, nuts. The top half of my thumbnail is now purplish-blue, no thanks to a fucktard during basketball. U-H brought his posse of basketball players over to our court on Friday, and one of his friends (said fucktard) was aggressive. 

He attempted to wrestle the ball away from my firm grasp by hugging on to it. Hello!??? It's already in my hands. I have a much stronger grip than you do? So fuck the hell off. Normally when people try to wrestle the ball out of my hands, i bend downwards and place all my weight onto the ball. Hehe. Works wonders.

He failed the first time, despite having assistance from U-H (another idiot). And then he came, again, for a second time, hugging the ball that i was firmly holding. AND he failed again, but this time flipping my thumb nail backwards. -_-" Sonnuvabitch. Next time if he comes, i'll reserve a well-timed elbow for his face. 

So yeah, bruised nail. It turned blue on the day itself, but has subsided to a maroonish colour. And i have to type my SMS-es using my index finger. Bah. -_-"

Unexpected love

Hari bermain dengan ixus!! Gambar terpaksa invert kaler sebab bilik terlalu kemas :) Hari ni kekazens dari jb datang ruma, so main masak-masak la sepanjang hari. Ohh thesis bila la aku na mengadap kau. Suddenly an old friend kol me. Dia cakap ngan aku, pompuan hodoh tu sibuk update status fb menganjing aku. Fyi dia yang add my fren. Tapi setakat mana persahabatan diorang aku ta amek port la. Dari dulu la, my fren ni da cakap but then i kata kebetulan je kot... Pastu dia cakap, kebetulan apa, nampak sangat pompuan hodoh yang tade life tu stalk blog kau pastu menganjing pasal hidup kau kat fb dia. Selalu jugakla kwn aku cite pasal KEBETULAN kisah blog aku & status menganjing dia tu kan, tapi aku malas lar na layan pompuan kampung tu. Apa guna blaja tinggi2 kalau kita ikot sama bergaduh ngan org mentaliti rendah camtu. Paling latest, cite pasal aku mengeluh pasal kerja, dia bole menganjing kat fb ckp aku ni ta penah idup susah, sikit2 na merungut?? Hello, kau sape na judge hidup aku?? Jadi stalker, masuk blog aku setiap hari just because na condemned life aku?? Dah tade keje lain ke?? Haizz Buang masa cita pasal pompuan kampung camtu!!

IXUS

After a longggggggggggg tiring stress tension pressure fakap day..... Ayah msg me, dinner at Empire. Went there, nom nom nom. Went to Tang, ayah asked me to pick a shoe. He get annoyed by my 4 years selipar kuning. hehe.Told him will buy a new wedges later. I have been eyeing a pair of green wedges at Shoe Obsession since last month. Then ayah went in to the digital mall. He said "Pick one". I was like, "For me???" Oke dah la aku baru hilangkan camera, ayah ta marah langsung instead he asked me to pick whichever i loike. MY DAD IS SUPER COOL!!! Love at the first sight.I choose red canon ixus. If not because of my super dusty mirror you could see how sharp the camera will focus. Compared to lumix, this camera sharpness & night mode is better than lumix. But i cannot deny with 14 megapixel, Lumix is still the best after dslr. Hye ixus, always love lumix :)

I cannot take it...

I cannot take it. The stress is killing me. Its Saturday, 7.30pm & im still at the office. With all the workloads, I cannot take it. Most of all i cannot stand that old man. He condemned us every single second with all the nasty words. Im too tired to pleased him. This Sultan Kelantan fundraising dinner is killing me. Dealing with royalties is a big headache. Not including all the events in Berjaya Times Square itself. What more i have to involved in Berjaya Corp project. The issues of Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club, Redang Island, Starbucks, eMediafile, long listssssssss. I cannot take it. My brother's wedding, i met the subcons at night & weekends. I type my thesis at the middle of the night until dawn. I stay up & working 24/7 without a DOT. I cannot take it. Im too tired and timeless to even take a nap & cry. I just cannot take it. Walaupun sekarang aku dah tak payah bayar kalau minum kat Starbucks, still I cannot take it. The workloads is too much for me. If i got pay 10k per month, FOC for Starbucks, Kenny, Wendy, Krispy Kreme & all the Berjaya Hotel either.... I NEVER wanna working under you after this internship. Please kill me. tqvm.

Heaven

Cakes! From A Slice of Heaven, by Just Heavenly

Jaya One outlet. Ironic enough, it was situated at Lower Ground level.. *grin* This slice of heaven must've had quite a long journey.

Now. Allow me to introduce the cake everyone's raving about

The Chocolate Durian.  Do a quick Google search and you'll find near universal acclaim. Chocolate and durian, match made in heaven. Then it is sliced and flung down to earth where swooning people succumb to its sheer magnificence.

Yeah, but seriously though, it's goood. Deathly pungent, delightfully creamy, and carefully encased within chocolate ganache. Despite its pint-size appearance, this should be taken in small amounts as it may become cloying, and the durian is intense! Mind-blowing. Man, i have sampled many a durian cake but never one quite so rich, concentrated and aromatic.

Priced at RM9.90, it may seem a tad more upmarket in terms of price/gram but it was completely worth it.

Next up, Death by Chocolate, which was... nothing too life-threatening after the whole durian bomb. It reminds me of a smaller, denser and more expensive version of Secret Recipe's signature Chocolate Indulgence. The chocolate cream within was thick, and silky smooth. But at the end of the day it gets stamped "forgettable".

The banana creampie was, surprisingly, a delight. Sure, the caramelized bananas still tasted like... bananas, but I was pleased that the custard filling contained a mild banana aroma. Awesome. And the pie crust was crunchy and laced with chocolate, so no complaints there...

And uh... banana creampie... *snigger snigger* ;P

I found A Slice of Heaven on Google. About a month back Sis treated me to some pretty little cakes that she bought from BSC's luxury food hall O Gourmet. I googled their names afterwards (Peach Gateaux and Strawberry Torte) and A Slice of Heaven popped up.

Strawberry Torte. It was... strange, actually. It had a peculiar sourish, yogurt taste to it but not awful at all. xD It was brought to me at room temperature. Perhaps it would taste fantastic chilled.

Ha! The Peach Gateaux got smashed during transport. But its taste didn't diminish. Cream was thick and dense. Genoise sponge layer at the bottom was delicious and moist. Only gripe i have is about the peaches. Sure, canned peaches can hold their ground. But fresh peaches would have so divine...

Here's how they actually look like. Gorgeous, innit? With crushed pistachios sprinkled on top.

Oh my... So many items on display!! I was beside myself when i saw it. Like what????? I could stick my face against the glass all day...

Sepanjang hari, orang tua tu meroyan, maki-maki, tengking-tengking, hentakmeja. Serius aku takut gila. Tak pernah tengok orang mengamuk camtu. Betul la cakap kak wati, kalau dengan dengan dato' orang bijak pon boleh matikutu kena marah dengan dia. Sebab dia akan maki sampai kau rasa kaulah orang paling bodoh didunia. Walaupun sebenarnya dia yang BODOH. Bos yang tau cakap je, tapi sebenarnya dia tatau buat pape. Guna pc pon ta reti. Serius kalau ikut mulut longkang aku, mmg na menjawab balik. Kadang2 bukan aku yang kena marah tapi aku saket ati sgt tgk org lain kne maki just bcos of all the silly stuff. Tadi taufiq & kak linda kena marah because of Berjaya Redang Resort, aku yg cari maklumat, info tu betul!! Resort tu na rebranding dari 3* ke 6*. Orang tua bahlul tu tatau pape tibe2 dia maki2 org padahal dia sendiri ta buat research. STRESS. Dia panggil masuk mengadap before balik tadi. Gila kau, dah pukul 7.45pm. Magrib oke. Aku ada appointment ngan ammar mlm ni, fitting baju. Lantaklah.. aku, fazly & saiful balik je ta jumpa dia. Bodoh sangat. Aku dengar semua orang doakan dia dapat darah tinggi, sakit jantung, mati cepat. Aku rasa na dekat 40 org da aku dgr ckp camtu. Wait & See.
