Fuck. Marketing Law textbook costs RM290. Fucking exorbitant leh! And i am typing this in extreme indignation!

Well, then again. Brown Bear's textbook in Australia is 175AUD, which is way over RM500 so i shouldn't be complaining. but i wanna complain. pah! Compulsory somemore, as it is open book exam and they won't allow photocopied versions. Sigh.

Anyway, first marketing law lecture was fun. Elsa is witty, and snarky, and completely brilliant. Definitely lives up to her reputation. I'm pretty sure she's quite strict during tutorials, damn. And i need the doggone textbook to do tute questions.

Market Research Methods. Perfect ending to an imperfect journey.

Marketingdinghooi was true to his words, bless him (to have wealth, health, offspring, lots of students who score HD). Exam questions were fantastic.

I should expect nothing less than a D.

To aim for HD is pretty ambitious, bordering on delusional, since i need an incredibly high score of 90% in the exam to achieve HD. I've made a few mistakes, so i guess bye bye HD.

Stupid mistakes man wtf! I didn't know how to explain a linear equation... Fuck.

Which means a unitary change in Y results in an alfa change in X1. And so on and so forth. I never expected to be so easy... Wanted to crash my head into something when i saw the answers afterwards in Ting's office.

Didn't do too well for quanti/quali research thingy coz i didn't memorize too much of their characteristics; mostly definitions. Also, i forgot a few steps of the 11 steps of Market Research. Apart from that it was pretty ok.

Am so glad that MRM is finally over, after all the hardships we have endured.

Hmm

It's week 2 already and i've pretty much gotten the hang of my classes.

I'll be seeing Ergun Dogan 4 times a week for the next 11 weeks and that's a pretty bleak future ahead. Boring as he is, i have to say that he's a pretty nice tutor. Nice in a blur, amiable way. He let me escape my Friday tute to join the Tuesday one (on the condition that i present my topic on Friday).

Ms Ghazala is brilliant as usual, even more so this semester as the syllabus of IMC isn't quite as taxing as Consumer Behaviour so lectures are much more fun.

Dr Marketingdinghooi's Market Research Methods is disastrous. I have to ... urgh. Do loads of stuff. I'm not really clear anyway. He kept repeating in his draggy voice "Anyyyyy questionss? Ok anot? Ok anooooooooot?" and everyone was too hypnotized to ask much questions anyway. Each group is to find twenty freaking journal articles. Twenty! Sighs.

So back to school again. Not too bad. :D
