Fear Factor

i watched in horror as this cleaner climbed out from the building opposite my office to clean the outside of the window panes. as you can see... that particular office is located on top of a multi storey carpark.

what happened if the hand holding onto the window pane suddenly slips away? because of the slimy texture of the detergents?
