Red Garden Food Paradise

Penang bloggers were invited to a food review cum beauty pageant preview at Red Garden Food Centre on the 13th August 2007. The winner of the pageant will represent Malaysia in China in the finals for the "Queen International Global". The invitation was extended to me by Mr Piggy and food is sponsored by Red Garden Food Paradise. Went straight there after work to meet up with the rest - Ree Nee, Eddy, Chee Hsien, JJ and Emily and of course Mr Piggy himself!

Been there twice with the gang before this eat-per-post session. Let me tell you more about this food paradise... there are many variety of hawkers food in Red Garden Food Paradise namely Western, Chinese, Malay, Japanese, Fusion etc. The prices are very reasonable given its location (right in the heart of Georgetown) and ambience.

There is even a stage where professional singers and bands will be engaged to entertain the dining crowd and make the environment even livelier. How cool is that?!

Parking woes in Penang would pose no problem for patrons as Red Garden Food Paradise has a car park beside this Hawker Centre with ample parking space.

There is a shopping arcade in the hawker centre itself and it offers local handicrafts and items, ranging from clothing to toys including packed food items, products of Penang which make good souvenirs and they are all reasonably priced.

So, each of us were given approx RM12 of free food. And because some of the bloggers didnt turn up, we got extra vouchers... meaning much more free yummy food. wheeeeeeeeeeeeee!
