I don't get startled easily. And my dad refuses to simply acknowledge that. He loves to hide behind doors with a sepulchral expression, and when i step in i'll come face-to-face with him and that's supposed to make me jump, outta my skin. Pah. My usual response would be.. wtf? why are u here? wanna scare me again leh!? Haha
