OK the other day I was barred at the gym entrance by the barcode scanners (staff who scan your membership card barcodes and exchange it with towels). Apparently i had 1 month of outstanding payments for December. But they let me work out anyway as they're super flexible.
I called just now to check on my account and I'm now late for both Dec and Jan payments. Which is ridiculous as they auto-charge dad's credit card. Customer service said the fees are being billed to an RHB credit card that has expired back in June 2010.
Problem now. Dad says he has never signed up for an RHB credit card. Ever.
So who has been paying my gym membership fees all this while???
