Mismatch Day?

Purple and green socks. Ha!
Tiny, tiny Nike shoe i saw in 1 of the 4 (!!) Nike outlets in 1 Utama. Yes. It's true. Nike loves 1 Utama. 1 Nike Women in old wing same row as Guardian pharmacy. 1 Nike in old wing just round the corner from Toys R' Us. 1 Nike in new wing near A&W. Another one in new wing right next to Adidas.

Hmm. Come to think of it. 2 Starbucks, 2 Baskin Robbins, 2 McDonalds. 2 cinemas. what else? 2 Burger Kings. 2 Dome's. Wooah. ! Utama more like. And there used to be 2 Coffee Bean outlets but one of them just got shut down.

Anyway. Some pics from Tony Romas.
The Onion Loaf! Just a buncha onion rings piled stylishly into a "loaf". This is the half-loaf, therefore slightly smaller. The full loaf is, of course, larger. Served with this bbq-esque mayo thingy. Personally i think it tastes pretty good. The batter has a fragrant sorta crunch to it. My parents hated it though. -_-"
Next up. Some sorta fried prawns. I love these prawns, as they do not trigger my allergy! Served with coleslaw, salsa and tartar sauce. V. nice. Mmm hmm. Mm hmm. That's right. And my parents.. hated it. Ah well.

We also had Tony Romas' house specialty ribs. Super huge sticks of ribs that would drive any bone-gnawing dog insane! I didn't catch a picture of them ribs though, coz they got devoured so quick i forgot to snap. Hmm. Also missing are the grilled chicken breast (which tasted pretty good for chicken breast. not dry) and the smoked salmon caesar salad (disastrous. the salad tosser threw in too much parmesan cheese until it actually stank of cheese).

Last but not least, though we ate it as a starter, the Chocolate Avalanche! Typical chocolatey American dessert. Was fabulous, though not on par with those served in Chilis or T.G.I.F.

Just another pic.

When we celebrated Brown Bear's birthday back in August, we went to Wong Kok. And we were entitled to order this:
The Milk-tea-zilla. Huge! But 50% of it are ice-cubes. But still huge. Oof. S'like a barrel of milk tea. Scary, ya?
