Anyway. Food at ShihLin Snacks is quite good, though definitely not on par with those in the actual ShihLin in Taiwan. Their Crispy Fried Chicken is marvellous. Egg & Floss Crepe is a funky and interesting option. The Oyster Vermicelli is quite all right. My mum can make a much better one. That, i'm sure. They sell some sorta seafood tempura too, but i've never tried some before just in case they contain prawn and trigger my allergy.

Dad finally coughed up the cash to get me a new phone.

Not before getting himself a Dopod. I bet he only got me the phone to prevent me from gunning him down. Freakin hypocrite.

Few months ago when i was pestering him to get me a new phone to replace my current dysfunctional one, he replied that handphones are really expensive and all that rubbish parents come up with to palm off their children.

And what did he do after that? He got himself a Dopod. He gleefully shoved the user's manual into my hands. Damn. Am feeling murderous!

Football

Ok I watched my first football match since the world cup finals just now. FA Cup Finals Chelsea vs Man U. I had absolutely no idea what the hell is FA Cup, but since it was a final, and since yz ditched us for it, i decided to give it a try.

It was a freakin boring game, i tell you. 0-0 for 90mins + 15 mins of halftime. Then Chelsea scored during the 116th minute if am not mistaken, securing the cup. Such a waste of time, really. Should've just tuned in during extra-time.

I'm sure there were quite a few instances that would have caused crazy football fans to scream in outrage, but they had little effect on me. That's the bright side of being a non-football-watching person. I don't have a supporting team, and so a missed shot will induce me to think "wow. that nearly went in" instead of an agitated "dammit u *#&%^#! shoot also dunno how to shoot!!!"
