Chocolate

Sis's been making her chocolate fondant (or lava cake or whatever you call it...).

Not because she loves baking cakes (she's damn lazy), but because she KENA challenge!

Aeons ago, my mum sent Sis for cooking lessons with this 5 star chef from whom Sis got her flourless chocolate fondant recipe.

She gave said recipe to one of her friends, B, but she couldn't make it. So Sis' friends got wind that she could allegedly make chocolate fondant cake, which seemed ludicrous coz she's damn lazy. So they asked her to make and she, being lazy, refused.

"You dunno izzit...?"

Kena challenge lor.

Eggs, unsalted butter, and a whole slab of "imported" dark chocolate. Kononnya la, imported dark chocolate. Can't really validate that claim also.

Frickin huge pile of sugar...

Chocolate, melted with butter. Damn sinful.

Voila. The first batch. Looks kinda hideous (couldn't find ramekins, so we improvised with some sort of chinese teacup), but the lava's flowing out, and it tasted awesome. Anything chocolate and butter shouldn't taste too bad.

Thing about me and my sis. When we say we can, we definitely can. If we cannot, we won't say we can (we'll say, we try. ah! ;D).
