Thanks to my sudden 7 a.m. morning walk the other day, i have finally adjusted my sleeping time to achieve some semblance of wake-early-sleep-not-so-late normalcy (as opposed to wake: late afternoon, sleep: early morning).
Most unfortunately, some of my activity timeslots are not to say too normal. Bah. Went for a post-basketball yumcha session, and halfway through i started feeling all swirly headed. And now, here i am!
I think i'll go to bed. Night night.
